"Looks real at first, but something felt off"
The jersey looked authentic when I first opened it, but the tags seemed a little off to me. Maybe it’s nothing, but if something is being sold as legit, it should really be represented honestly. I don’t think it’s fair to customers to leave any doubt about that.

"Exchange took a bit, but it worked out"
I had to swap a jersey for a bigger size, and reading between the lines, it felt like they were probably a little backed up because it took longer than I expected. That said, customer service did get back to me and the exchange was handled in the end. Overall, a good experience, just not the fastest.

I wasn’t really sure what to expect at first, and there were a few moments where I had to figure things out as I went. Some parts were smoother than others, but looking back, I did feel like I had support when I needed it. Most of the teams were there for me, and that made the whole experience feel a lot less stressful.

"Support came through big time"
I had a little issue with my order and expected it to turn into a whole ordeal, but their support team got back to me quickly and fixed it without any drama. Mistakes happen, so I mainly care about how a company handles them, and they handled this really well. I’d definitely order from Pro Image Sports again.

I’m happy with what I got, the quality is good and it was definitely worth trying. The only thing I wish was better is the shipping cost, since it felt a little high. Still, I’d order again, especially if the shipping were a bit cheaper next time.

I ordered from proimagesports.com mostly because the price was a little better than what I was seeing elsewhere. They had a solid selection too, especially for team gear, which always feels like it’s priced high no matter where you look. Of course, shipping wasn’t exactly cheap, so it kind of felt like any savings I found were getting taken back a little. Still, overall I think I got a fair deal, and I’d probably order again if the sale price is good enough...

"Glad I Didn’t Miss Out on This Jersey"
I ordered a jersey that said it was in stock, and thankfully it actually was. I’ve been burned by other sites before where you think you’ve got it, then get that annoying backorder email later, so I was kind of expecting the worst. This time the confirmation came quickly and there were no surprises. Shipping took a little longer than I would’ve liked, but I’d rather wait a bit than lose out on the jersey completely. The inventory seemed accurate, and I’d use them again.

"Checkout Worked, But It Made Me Hesitate"
Checkout did go through in the end, but the whole thing felt a little slow and awkward on my phone. It wasn’t a disaster or anything, but when a checkout page feels clunky, it does make me a bit less confident about the site. I’d probably still use it again, but I’d definitely feel better if the process was smoother...

"Good deal during the promo"
I grabbed a jersey during one of their discount promos, and the price was way better than a lot of other places I checked. Checkout was simple, and the promo code went through without any issues. Shipping did take a little longer than I was hoping, but it wasn’t a huge deal. I’m guessing maybe they were backed up from the sale, but who knows. Overall, I’d probably order again if they run another good discount.

"Got here, but the packaging felt off"
I ordered a couple things from proimagesports the box showed up looking kind of rough. One corner was crushed and the tape looked like it was barely hanging on, which just gave me a bad feeling when I saw it. Nothing was missing and the items inside were okay, so I can’t be too mad, but for the price I really expected the packing to feel a bit more solid. Maybe more padding or just a stronger box would’ve made a difference. It got here, so that’s something, but the whole presentation was just kind of disappointing. 3 stars...

"Really Solid Shipping Experience"
I ordered a hoodie i was kind of surprised by how fast it all moved. It shipped out sooner than I expected, tracking updated the next day, and it showed up in about 4 days. I just had a good feeling about it once the updates started coming through. The only thing is the box looked a little rough when it arrived, which definitely bothered me a bit, but the hoodie itself was totally fine. Overall, solid experience.

I ordered my usual size, which is what I always do unless the reviews are really dramatic, and it fit exactly how I expected. No weird sizing surprises or anything like that, which was nice because I didn’t feel like dealing with a return this week. Happy with it overall.

"Am I the only one who gets annoyed…"
Am I the only one who gets annoyed when tracking just sits there with no real updates? I ordered from proimagesports and for a couple days it looked like nothing was happening, which was frustrating. The package did show up eventually and everything was fine once it arrived, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. I just wish the shipping info had been a little more clear along the way
